- All-purpose flour150g

- Powdered sugar2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar1 tsp

Drain ricotta well. Mix ricotta, flour, egg, vanilla sugar, and salt to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Pit the apricots.

Divide the dough and flatten each portion. Place an apricot in the center and wrap the dough around it, forming a ball.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings.

Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until they float and are cooked through. Do not overcook.

Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
