Chop the cabbage, kale, leek, and mince the garlic.

Slice the smoked sausage and pre-cooked ham.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté leeks and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage and kale to the pot, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly wilted.

Add the sliced sausage, ham, drained white beans, and broth. Bring to a boil.
