Sastojci
- Sauerkraut500 g
- Canned white beans (e.g., cannellini)400 g
- Potatoes300 g
- Diced smoked ham or bacon150 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Rinse and drain the canned beans. Rinse the sauerkraut and drain well.

Peel and dice the potatoes. Chop the onion and garlic.

In a pot, sauté the diced ham or bacon until slightly crispy. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the sauerkraut, diced potatoes, rinsed beans, and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Add water if the stew becomes too thick.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
