- Heavy cream75 ml
- Butter1 tbsp
- Ginger (freshly grated)1 tsp
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the pumpkin puree and vegetable broth to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
