A beloved, traditional Serbian potato salad, often served during holidays and celebrations. It features a creamy mayonnaise dressing, tender potatoes, crisp vegetables, and a hint of tang.

- Carrots200 g
- Green Peas (frozen or fresh)150 g
- Dill Pickles150 g
- Mayonnaise200 g
- Dijon Mustard1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Fresh Parsleyfor garnish

Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. Let them cool completely.

If using frozen peas, blanch them briefly. If fresh, cook until tender. Drain and cool.

Dice the cooled potatoes, carrots, and pickles into small, uniform cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, peas, and pickles.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Pour the dressing over the diced vegetables and gently mix until everything is well coated.
