- Vegetable oil30 ml

Roast the red bell peppers until charred. Peel the peppers and discard seeds.

Process the roasted peppers until mostly smooth. Mince the garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the processed peppers, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
