Finely grind the pork cracklings using a meat grinder or a food processor until a coarse paste forms. If using a food processor, pulse until desired consistency is reached.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the ground pork cracklings, chopped onion, and minced garlic.

Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If the spread is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to achieve a spreadable consistency.
