- Black pepper1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cook pasta sheets according to package directions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.

Prepare the filling: Mix ricotta, grated Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture onto each pasta sheet. Roll them up tightly.

In a baking dish, melt the butter. Arrange the rolled pasta 'štrukli' in the dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over the štrukli.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
