- Store-bought Basil Pesto150g
- Cherry Tomatoes200g
- Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)125g

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes and drain the mozzarella balls.

Drain the cooked pasta, reserving about 1/4 cup of pasta water.

Return the pasta to the pot. Add the store-bought pesto and toss to coat. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
