- Butter3 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ginger powder1 tsp
- Garam masala1.5 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Saltto taste

- Tomato sauce or passata24 oz
- Heavy cream or coconut milk1/2 cup
- Honey or sugar1 tsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Optional: Cilantro for garnishfor garnish

Cook chicken: In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala, and paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Make sauce: Add remaining 2 tbsp butter to the same skillet. Pour in the tomato sauce/passata. Bring to a simmer.

Add cream/coconut milk, honey/sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Simmer sauce: Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to coat.

Heat through: Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
