- salmon fillet, sushi-grade1 lb
- soy sauce1/4 cup
- sesame oil2 tbsp
- rice vinegar1 tbsp
- green onions, thinly sliced2
- edamame, shelled1 cup
- avocado, sliced1
- red onion, thinly sliced1/4
- black sesame seeds1 tbsp
- saltto taste
- black pepper

Cook sushi rice according to package directions. Let cool slightly.

Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

Add salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Assemble the bowls: Divide cooked sushi rice among four bowls. Top with marinated salmon, edamame, sliced red onion, and avocado.
