Cook sushi rice according to package directions. Let cool slightly.

Cut salmon and tuna into 1-inch cubes separately. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

Divide the marinade: half for salmon, half for tuna. Add salmon cubes to one portion of marinade and tuna cubes to the other. Gently toss each to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
