- Beef broth250 ml
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Slice the rib steak thinly against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices quickly until browned. Remove steak and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter to the skillet. Add thinly sliced onions and cook until deeply caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Bring to a simmer.

Return the steak to the skillet. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and the steak to finish cooking.
