- Apple cider vinegar1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).

In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Rub the pork ribs with a portion of the glaze mixture.

Place ribs in a baking dish. Add water to the bottom.

Cover with foil and bake for 75 minutes.

Remove foil. Brush ribs with the remaining glaze.

Increase oven temperature to 190°C (375°F) and bake for another 20-25 minutes, basting occasionally, until caramelized and cooked through.
