- Salted Fish (Ikan Masin)100g
- Canned Pineapple Chunks200g, drained
- Coconut Milk400ml
- Shallots2, finely chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Ginger1/2 inch, grated
- Malaysian Curry Paste2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves1 sprig
- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water50ml

Fry the salted fish until lightly golden and set aside.

Sauté shallots, garlic, and ginger in oil until fragrant.

Add Malaysian curry paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

Pour in coconut milk and water. Add curry leaves and bring to a simmer.

Add drained canned pineapple chunks and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the fried salted fish and simmer for another 5 minutes.
