- Fried anchovies (ikan bilis)1/2 cup

- Store-bought sambal chili paste1/2 cup

Warm pre-cooked jasmine rice in a pot or microwave.

In a small saucepan, gently heat coconut milk, water, pandan extract, and salt until combined. Do not boil.

Pour the warm coconut milk mixture over the rice and mix gently.

Boil eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and slice them.
