- Chicken broth1 liter
- Coconut milk200ml
- Butter2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
