  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Shallots3

  • Ginger1 inch
  • Turmeric powder1 tsp
  • Dried chilies (soaked and deseeded)3
  • Belacan (shrimp paste)1/4 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50ml
