- Coconut milk2 tbsp
- Butter, melted1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rectangular baking pan (approx. 9x13 inches) with parchment paper and grease lightly.

Beat eggs and sugar until very thick and pale, about 5-7 minutes.

Sift flour over the egg mixture and gently fold until just combined.

Gently fold in pandan extract, coconut milk, and melted butter.

Pour batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.

While the cake is still warm, carefully invert it onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Remove parchment paper.
