Nguyên liệu
- Evaporated milk400 ml
- Sugar50 g
- Cornstarch30 g
- Water200 ml
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Canned lychees1 can (approx. 400g)
- Mint leavesfor garnish

In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.

Add evaporated milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses or bowls.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.

Drain the canned lychees, reserving some syrup. Place lychees on top of the set dessert.

Drizzle a little lychee syrup over the top and garnish with mint leaves.
