- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 cup
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
