- Large lettuce leaves8-10
- Fresh mint sprigs1/2 bunch
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp

If using uncooked pork, pan-fry thinly sliced pork belly or loin with salt and pepper until cooked. Slice thinly if not already sliced.

Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Place on a flat surface.
