- All-purpose flour1/2 cup
- Eggs2 large
- Breadcrumbs (fine)1 cup
- Vegetable oil (for frying)1/4 cup
- Lemon1, cut into wedges

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Dredge each fish fillet first in flour, shaking off excess. Then dip in the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Finally, press the fillet into the breadcrumbs, coating both sides evenly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the breaded fish fillets into the hot oil. Fry for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
