- Butter100g
- Garlic3 cloves
- Fresh parsley1 bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50ml

Clean the mushrooms and slice or halve them depending on size.

Mince the garlic cloves.

Finely chop the fresh parsley.

In a large skillet or pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the prepared mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour in the water.

Cover the skillet and let the mushrooms stew over medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender and they have released their liquid.

Uncover and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, allowing some of the liquid to evaporate and the sauce to thicken slightly.

Stir in most of the chopped parsley, reserving some for garnish.

Serve hot, garnished with the remaining fresh parsley.
