- Store-bought meringue nests or cookies200g
- Vanilla pudding mix1 box (approx. 100g)
- Milk500ml
- Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)250g
- Whipped cream (from can or homemade)for topping
- Saltpinch
- Black pepperpinch
- Wateras needed

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions using milk. Let it cool completely.

Wash and slice strawberries if using. Combine all berries.

In individual serving glasses or bowls, layer crushed meringue cookies, a spoonful of cooled pudding, and a layer of fresh berries.

Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, ending with a layer of berries.

Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and a few extra berries.
