Стъпки
- 1
Cut pork ribs into individual pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork ribs until browned on all sides.
- 3
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, honey, water, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- 5
Pour the sauce over the ribs in the pot. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is very tender.
- 6
Remove the ribs from the pot and set aside. Skim excess fat from the sauce.
- 7
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water to form a slurry. Add this slurry to the simmering sauce in the pot, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- 8
Return the pork ribs to the thickened sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- 9
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
