- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)1/4 cup
- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil1 tbsp

- Ginger1 tsp, grated
- Brown Sugar1 tbsp
- Onion1/2, thinly sliced
- Green Onions3, chopped
- Sesame Seeds1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
- Black Pepper1/2 tsp

In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper. Mix well to create the spicy marinade.

Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until it's mostly cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened and the pork is fully cooked and slightly caramelized.

Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
