- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Soy sauce75 ml
- Ketchup50 ml
- Dijon mustard1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Heat gently until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Place ribs on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

Brush ribs generously with the honey garlic sauce. Return to oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, basting every 5-7 minutes, until cooked through and glazed.
