- Unsalted butter, melted100g
- Cream cheese, softened150g
- Ground pistachios100g
- Powdered sugar50g
- Honey100ml
- Water50ml
- Chopped pistachios (for garnish)30g

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ground pistachios, and powdered sugar until well combined.

Prepare the kadaif: Gently unravel the kadaif pastry. Toss with melted butter until evenly coated.

Assemble the rolls: Take a portion of kadaif, flatten it slightly, and spread a line of the pistachio filling along one edge. Roll it up tightly like a cigar.

Place the rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

While the rolls bake, prepare a simple syrup by warming honey and water together. Do not boil.

Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and immediately drizzle with the warm honey syrup.
