- Mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)3

- Chili flakes1/2 tsp
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Black pepperto taste

Cut both pork cuts into bite-sized cubes.

Slice the onions, bell peppers, and jalapeño. Mince the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron sach or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork cubes and sear until browned on all sides. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add the onions, bell peppers, and jalapeño to the sach. Cook for 7-10 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return the pork to the sach. Stir to combine and cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
