  • Heavy Cream2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract1 tsp

    In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

    In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

    Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture to lighten it. Then, carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

    Allow to soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
