- Sweetened Condensed Milk1 can (14 oz)
- Fresh Strawberries1 cup, chopped
- Shortbread Cookies1 cup, crushed
- Vanilla Extract1 tsp

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Then, carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined.

Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and crushed shortbread cookies.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
