- Pork casings (natural)5 meters
- Garlic, minced8 cloves
- Red chili flakes2 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tbsp
- Black pepper, freshly ground1 tbsp
- Salt2 tbsp
- Water, cold100 ml

Prepare the pork casings by rinsing and soaking them in cold water for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, red chili flakes, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined.

Gradually add the cold water while mixing to help bind the meat mixture.

Thread the prepared casings onto the sausage stuffer nozzle.

Stuff the meat mixture into the casings, filling them firmly but not excessively.

Form sausages of desired length by twisting the casing. Tie ends if necessary.

Prick the sausages with a needle to release steam during cooking.
