Cut pumpkin into thick wedges, remove seeds and strings.

In a bowl, combine melted butter, honey (reserve 1 tbsp for drizzling), cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest, and salt. Mix well.

Add pumpkin wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spiced honey mixture.

Arrange pumpkin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until fork-tender and caramelized.
