- Lukanitsa sausage300g
- Jarred tomato sauce200ml
- Red bell pepper1 medium
- Onion1/2 medium
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Eggs4
- Parsleysmall bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice the lukanitsa into 1 cm thick rounds.

Finely chop the onion and dice the red bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add lukanitsa slices and fry until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the diced bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes until slightly tender.

Stir in the jarred tomato sauce and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Return the lukanitsa to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes to heat through.

Fry the eggs separately.
