- Spicy lukanitsa sausage400g
- Red bell peppers300g
- Feta cheese100g
- Garlic3 cloves
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes1 tsp
- Oregano1 tsp dried or fresh
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Roast the red bell peppers until charred. Peel, deseed, and chop them.

Slice the spicy lukanitsa into 1.5 cm thick rounds.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the lukanitsa slices and fry until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the roasted peppers and oregano to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Return the lukanitsa to the pan. Toss to combine and heat through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the lukanitsa and pepper mixture, topped with crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
