- Pre-cut mixed vegetables for stew (tomatoes, peppers, onions)500g
- Smoked Bulgarian sausage300g
- Sirene cheese150g
- Eggs1
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Parsley (for garnish)small bunch

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Slice the smoked Bulgarian sausage.

In a bowl, combine the pre-cut vegetables, sausage slices, and crumbled sirene cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Divide the mixture among 4 individual clay pots (gyuveche).

Whisk the egg and pour a small amount over each gyuveche.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
