A traditional and simple preparation of sea bream grilled over charcoal, allowing the natural flavors of the fish to shine. Seasoned with lemon, herbs, and olive oil.

- Whole Sea Bream (Tsipura)4 (about 300-400g each)
- Lemon2
- Fresh Parsley1 bunch
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive Oil4 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Clean and scale the sea bream. Make a few diagonal slits on each side of the fish.

Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Zest one lemon and juice both lemons.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Rub the marinade all over the fish, inside the cavity, and in the slits.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the fish for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the skin is crispy.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
