- Walnuts50 g
- Butter2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and cut the pumpkin into wedges, removing seeds and fibrous parts. No need to peel if using Hokkaido pumpkin.

In a bowl, toss pumpkin wedges with melted butter, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Arrange pumpkin wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

While the pumpkin is baking, lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan or in the oven for a few minutes.

Remove pumpkin from the oven. Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
