- Tomatoes400 g
- Red chili peppers100 g
- Garlic4 cloves
- Sunflower oil80 ml
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp

Roast the red bell peppers and red chili peppers until tender and slightly charred. Peel the peppers.

Boil the tomatoes for a few minutes, then peel and chop them.

Finely chop or process the roasted peppers, chili peppers, and tomatoes.

Combine all processed vegetables, minced garlic, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper in a pot.
