- Walnuts50g, toasted and chopped
- Red chili flakes1/4 tsp (or to taste)

- Fresh mint leavesfor garnish

Roast the red bell peppers until the skin is charred and blistered. Place them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 10-15 minutes to steam.

Peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds and stems. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Toast the walnuts lightly in a dry pan until fragrant, then chop them.

Crumble the sirene cheese into a separate bowl.
