  • Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)300 g
  • Eggs4 large
  • Dried mint2 tbsp
  • Butter or oil for greasing2 tbsp

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

    Crumble the sirene cheese into a large bowl. Add the grated potatoes, eggs, dried mint, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
