- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)300 g
- Eggs4 large
- Dried mint2 tbsp
- Butter or oil for greasing2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a coarse grater. Squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible from the grated potatoes.

Crumble the sirene cheese into a large bowl. Add the grated potatoes, eggs, dried mint, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy, and the inside is cooked through.
