- Pre-shredded potatoes (from a bag)1 kg
- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)200 g
- Eggs3 large
- Dried mint1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for greasing1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the pre-shredded potatoes, crumbled sirene cheese, eggs, dried mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
