- Smoked sausage (e.g., Kielbasa), sliced300g
- Bell pepper (any color), chopped1
- Onion, chopped1
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Diced tomatoes (canned)1 can (400g)
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Dried thyme1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 7-8 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in diced tomatoes (undrained), tomato sauce, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked beans and browned sausage to the skillet. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
