- Fresh dill1 bunch
- Garlic2 cloves

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

Finely chop the fresh dill and mince the garlic.

In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, egg, flour, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Spoon portions of the batter into the hot oil to form small fritters.

Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
