- Egg1
- All-purpose flour3-4 tbsp
- Fresh dill1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Mint (optional)1 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil for fryingas needed

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them thoroughly.

Let the mashed potatoes cool slightly. Add the egg, chopped dill, parsley, mint (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Gradually add flour, mixing until the dough is firm enough to shape but still soft. Adjust flour as needed.

Shape the mixture into small, flattened patties (kufte).

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the kufte for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
