- Garlic4 cloves
- Fresh Dill1/2 bunch
- Lemon1/2
- Butter2 tbsp
- Olive Oil2 tbsp

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half or quarters if large.

Mince the garlic. Finely chop the dill. Zest and juice half a lemon.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and slightly foamy.

Add the potatoes to the skillet, cut-side down if applicable. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the potatoes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 20-25 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
