- Ground beef300g
- Onion1/2 medium
- Jarred marinara sauce500g
- Milk200ml
- Eggs1
- Cheddar cheese, grated150g
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain fat.

Stir in the marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Stir in half of the grated cheese.

Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce in a greased baking dish. Pour the milk and cheese mixture over the top.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
