- Chicken tenders300g
- Button mushrooms200g
- Garlic4 cloves
- Butter3 tbsp
- Chicken broth100ml
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Fresh chives1 tbsp, chopped

Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water.

Cut chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken.

Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet. Add drained linguine and toss to coat. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped chives.
