  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture)1.5 cups

    Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough/crust package instructions, usually around 200-220°C (400-425°F).

    Place the pizza dough or crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.

    Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

    Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

    Drizzle with a little olive oil.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove from oven, top with fresh basil leaves, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Slice and serve.
